Our document management system allows you to create a central repository for organising and sharing files, templates and documents. It improves communication, cuts down on duplication, reduces repeated internal distribution and helps to ensure consistency.
The system is web-based and so is accessible by all staff, including field-based teams. Access to confidential documents, such as personnel files, can be restricted, whereas less sensitive items such as induction packs, presentations and company announcements can be made freely available. In addition, the capability to set up user accounts allows you share selected documents with third parties such as suppliers and customers.
The system facilitates full version control managed by a check-in and check-out process to ensure they always have the latest version of the document.
The system accommodates all common file formats, including: Microsoft Office documents / spreadsheets; images; Acrobat PDF files; and videos and other multimedia.
The system integrates seamlessly with our other process management tools.
